30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price. No return shipping required, and no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at trycovex@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
3. Our team will review and confirm your refund, usually within 1–2 business days.

Because our products are dietary supplements, we can't resell opened items for health and safety reasons, so you don't need to send anything back. Please don't return products unless our team asks you to.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll email you as soon as your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected shipping window, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it's covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

Exceptions
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.
- Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.
